The other day, I drove behind a man on a scooter. He flexed his left arm and indicated a right turn. I thought “how considerate” since I’ve seen these actions far and few between.
Today I was behind a bicyclist who not only did NOT signal but proceeded to pedal against traffic onto another road. True, there weren’t many cars, but, I guess he felt the laws didn’t apply to him.
Since we see more and more bikes on the road, the same rules should apply to ALL, young and old alike. Aside from consideration, it is a safety issue. But, people are people and people do what they want. Many are considerate, most are not. That’s life.
End of kvetch.
